well to be fare Takumi and Mogi kissed yes but neither had confessed any feeling atm they are kind of more than friends but not a couple just yet so she simply haven't broken her Suger daddy gig probably to keep getting expensive stuff and kill some time as Takumi isn't exactly free after school every day with his job and all. Still good question she should break off one or the other soon to not go into well cheating territory.
